I officially started to serve real estate service since 2015. Prior to that, since 2000, I've practiced real estate by myself, as an investor. In 2017, I was recognize by the NAR (National Association of REALTORS, USA) as the first CIPS (Certified International Speicalist) from Cambodia and was among such top 2,800 profressionals worldwide (and 3,500 now in 2023). I also serve as the BoD member of CVEA (Cambodian Valuers & Estate Agents Association) since 2017 till now, and also the real estate trainer at UEF (University of Economics & Finance, Cambodia).


I've been traveling to almost 40 countries around the world, and visited almost 35 states in USA. I bring my clients to purchase property in Portugal, Greece and USA for different purposes (investment, residency or citizenship, etc. with other benefits).
